HOW DO I USE INTIMRELAX?

To begin, apply a chestnut-sized amount of water-based lubricant to the vaginal opening and massage gently for two to three minutes.

Next, take the smallest INTIMRELAX element. Apply lubricant to the tip in the same proportion. Then, apply pressure to gently and gradually insert it into the vagina. If you notice dryness, it is necessary to add more lubricant.

You can continue the training for 10 to 15 minutes with small back-and-forth movements. It is important to remember that contraction of the vaginal muscles is counterproductive. If it occurs, the exercise must be stopped.
