This innovative timer has been specifically designed with the user in mind and is waterproof, allowing you to easily integrate it into your shower or bath routine – it's time to take your pump training to the next level!

The main purpose of the timer is to ensure that users are using their pumps for maximum results.

If you asked 100 people to stop after 3 minutes, they would all give a different time, which means that people are either under- or over-using the pump.

The green lights indicate the 3 minutes you should remain on the pump, and the red lights indicate the time off the pump. This can be repeated three times to follow the recommended pump usage guidelines.

Most people don't wear a watch (or glasses!) in the shower, so the lights and beeps provide a visual and audible indication of how long the pump session should last.

It comes with suction cups in two sizes: 1 for attaching to the pumps and a larger one if the user prefers to attach it to a shower screen or tiles.
