12 Force majeure
(1) In the event of force majeure events that affect the fulfillment of the contract, the Seller is entitled to postpone the delivery for the duration of the hindrance and, in the event of longer-term delays, to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part, without any claims against the Seller being derived therefrom.

Material contractual obligations are obligations which the contract imposes on the Seller according to its content to achieve the purpose of the contract, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on the observance of which the Customer may regularly rely.
(4) Otherwise, any liability of the Seller is excluded.
(5) The above liability provisions also apply with regard to the Seller's liability for their vicarious agents and legal representatives.

15 Data protection
(1) The Seller collects and processes the Customer's personal data to carry out the order.
(2) Further information on the handling of personal data by the Seller can be found in the data protection information at https://muwana.de

(1) For all legal relationships between the Seller and the Buyer arising from and in connection with these General Terms and Conditions, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively, excluding the UN Sales Convention (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as the protection granted is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
(2) The place of performance for the Seller's services is their place of business.
(3) If the Customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the Seller's place of business. The same applies if the Customer has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany or the EU or if their residence or habitual place of abode is not known at the time the action is filed. 1. Free return of waste batteries Batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. You are legally obligated to return waste batteries to ensure proper disposal. You can return waste batteries free of charge to a municipal collection point or to a local retailer. As a distributor of batteries, we are also obligated to take back waste batteries, although our obligation is limited to waste batteries of the type that we carry or have carried in our range as new batteries. You can therefore send waste batteries of the aforementioned type back to us with sufficient postage.

2. Meaning of the battery symbols: Batteries are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out wheeled bin.

This symbol indicates that batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. For batteries containing more than 0.0005 percent by mass of mercury, more than 0.002 percent by mass of cadmium, or more than 0.004 percent by mass of lead, the chemical name of the pollutant used is indicated below the bin symbol:

Pb: Battery contains lead
Cd: Battery contains cadmium
